Keith Greenhouse, Chief Executive Officer
Upon completing his education at Queens College in 1979 and certain of his strong desire to work with people, Keith decided to join Pavillion Agency (his family business). He took to the business immediately. In his first several years he primarily worked with clients in need of nannies and housekeepers. He quickly realized how important it was to maintain and build upon the already existing solid reputation Pavillion enjoyed, paying careful attention to, and being extremely selective with, the variety of staff he represented. This was the backbone for Pavillion becoming The Leader in the Field of Personal Service.
For the past several years Keith has focused primarily on placing Chauffeurs, Chefs, Butlers, Housemen, House Managers, Estate Managers and Caretakers. He has particularly developed an enormous following and excellent reputation in the placement of Corporate Chauffeurs. He provides Chauffeurs for the most influential C.E.O's and Board Chairmen in the world. Many of these High-Level Executives also require Chauffeurs with Executive Protection experience and Law Enforcement background. Keith makes more placements in this area than any other firm in the United States. He's known as "New York's premier source for Corporate Executive Chauffeurs." Keith has also developed a strong following providing the finest Private Chefs for the most prominent families in the New York area. Due to his expertise in this area, Keith has frequently been consulted by the media for his guidance and knowledge on numerous stories relating to the personal service industry.

Clifford Greenhouse, President
Although Clifford joined Pavillion Agency in 1982, his experience in the field of personal service dates back to the mid 1970's, spending most of his free time and school vacations learning about and working in his family business (Pavillion Agency). After attending SUNY, Plattsburg he realized that his true desire was to play an integral role in the growth and day to day operations of Pavillion Agency.
From the moment he joined the firm, he was instrumental in implementing new methods and ideas which in turn revolutionized the entire personal service industry. In the mid 1980's with the tremendous increase in dual income families, Cliff began to carve his niche. He instituted a nanny placement program designed to match well educated and experienced professional nannies with the finest families in the nation.
Cliff responds to the needs and lifestyles of prominent executives, politicians, celebrities and the general requirements of a formal home by carefully screening and presenting only those nannies who measure up to his clients specific requirements. Due to his fine reputation, honesty and diligence, his clients respond with thousands of recommendations helping to establish Pavillion Agency as the nation's #1 Nanny Search Firm!!! Ira Weissman, Vice President
Ira Weissman has enjoyed a 24 year career in Executive Search. He began his career placing senior executives in Banking and Investment Banking. After several years he was offered the opportunity to transfer his expertise to the field of Personal Service and jumped at the chance. A graduate of the Birch Wathen School and New York University, Ira is a thirty year resident of the Upper East Side. He brings a unique appreciation and understanding of the dynamics of New York City's neighborhoods and social interactions to his professional life. As Vice President of Pavillion Agency, Ira specializes in the placement of Nannies, Professional Couples, Personal Assistants/Social Secretaries and Professional Housekeepers. One of Ira's singular strengths is his ability to consult with families on their staffing needs and, through an active dialogue, reach creative and practical solutions to those needs.
Seth Norman Greenberg, Senior Placement Specialist
During his 10 year career in the field of search and placement, Seth has had the opportunity to be actively involved in all facets of the Household Staffing profession. From the moment he joined the family business, there was no doubt that Seth would play an active role in shaping Pavillion's future as the company positioned itself for its fifth decade as the Leader in the Field of Personal Service.
Seth places nannies, couples, housekeepers, personal assistants, and babynurses. His ability to understand our clients' needs and effectively match applicants' talents and qualifications with those needs allow him to create lasting and positive relationships. Born and raised in Suburban Philadelphia and a Manhattan Resident for over 10 years Seth has a unique understanding of the needs of fine households in both Town and Country.
Some of his recent accomplishments include a key role in the design and development of this web site. Seth has also been instrumental in the implementation of our criminal and driver's license background checking program, now performed on all applicants placed. Among Seth's most important accomplishments is the creation of Pavillion's highly successful "Babynurse" division providing temporary post-partum care for families and their newborns.
Holly Rucki, Placement Specialist
Originally from the Midwest, Holly moved to New York 12 years ago. After working as a Nanny for 3 ½ years in Westchester County, she moved to Manhattan and joined Pavillion Agency in 1995. Holly started as our receptionist and is now our Office Manager. She has embraced the placement industry with enthusiasm and drive. Holly's previous experience as a Nanny gives her a unique understanding of the issues faced by our clients and applicants and a special appreciation for the work we do. Her boundless energy and spirit (and her amazing memory) make Pavillion a joyful place to be. Holly's ability to multi-task the way she does and be involved in every aspect of our business makes her indispensable to Pavillion.
Support Staff
The oil that keeps Pavillion's engine running smoothly is its loyal and dedicated support staff; Lissette Cabrera, Executive Assistant, Awilda Falcon, Executive Assistant, Tara Mahase, Client/Applicant Coordinator. They have brought to Pavillion a delicate mixture of cheerful and sweet dispositions. They are always courteous, professional and accommodating, clearly contributing to the fine reputation and following Pavillion proudly maintains.
